The firm does not deal directly with the business or practice being valued without the specific knowledge and/or assistance of the attorney or accountant.

Crandall & Brackett, Ltd. was formed in 1991 when Robert C. Brackett joined Arthur L. Crandall (formerly of Arthur L. Crandall, Ltd.) to serve as President. This union created a full-service valuation practice. At the time of his death in 1994, Arthur Crandall was a nationally recognized valuations authority and Alternative Dispute Resolution expert. Robert Brackett is also an internationally recognized authority in Business Valuations, focusing on small closely held business equity issues.

Crandall & Brackett, Ltd. also provides small business acquisition consulting and support for individuals or corporate entities considering the purchase of a small business.
